FF airflow classifier
▎Product Introduction>>
The airflow classifier is a type of classification equipment, with negative pressure air as the classification medium and particle size controlled by the impeller of the classifier. The classifier is combined with a cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan to form a classification system. Under the action of negative pressure induced air, the material moves at high speed from the lower feed inlet of the classifier to the classification area with the rising airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the gap between the classification impeller blades for collection. Some of the fine particles carried by the coarse particles collide with the wall, and their velocity disappears. They descend along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet. Through the strong washing effect of secondary air, coarse and fine particles are separated, because fine particles rise to the classification area for secondary classification and coarse particles descend and are discharged at the discharge port. Fine powder enters the cyclone collector or bag dust collector with negative pressure airflow to collect and separate gas and solid. The produced material is discharged from the discharge valve as the finished product, and the air is purified by the dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.
▎Structure Characteristics>>
A. High precision and accurate cutting particle size can achieve production of products with different particle sizes or different particle size segments.
Suitable for fine classification of dry micro level products, it can classify spherical, sheet-like, and irregularly shaped particles, as well as particles of different densities.
B. The particle size of classified products can reach D97:3−150 microns, and the product particle size is infinitely adjustable, making it extremely convenient to change varieties.
C. The classification efficiency (extraction rate) is 60% to 90%. The classification efficiency is related to the properties of the material and the content of particles that meet the particle size requirements. If the material has good fluidity and the content of particles that meet the particle size requirements is high, the efficiency is high; otherwise, it is low.
D. The speed of the classification impeller is high, adjustable and controllable, and the vertex cutting is accurate. Multiple impeller structures are available for different materials and particles;
E. It can be used in series with multi-level classifiers to produce products with multiple particle sizes simultaneously.
It can be used in series with ball mills, vibration mills, Raymond mills and other grinding equipment to form a closed loop.
G. It has a wide application range and can be provided with zirconium-aluminum protection, spray protection, closed loop circulation system, and inert gas protection system.
