FD ultra-fine pulverizer
▎Product Introduction>>
The FD series depolymerizer, also known as vertical ultra-micro pulverizer (vertical impact mill), originally belonged to the optimized model of traditional vertical ultra-micro pulverizer.
The raw materials are quantitatively fed into the crushing chamber, and under the action of centrifugal force, they scatter towards the periphery of the crushing plate. They are then crushed and depolymerized through high-speed impact, shearing, and grinding by a hammer. After being crushed, the materials are sucked into the classifier by a negative pressure fan. The coarse particles are sorted and returned to the classifier for re-grinding, while the fine powder is then collected and separated by a cyclone collector or bag dust collector with negative pressure airflow. The produced materials are discharged from the discharge valve to form the finished product, and the air is purified by a dust collector and discharged through a fan and muffler.
It is widely used in the ultra-micro pulverization of chemicals, new materials, battery materials, non-metallic minerals, ink & coatings, powder metallurgy, electronic materials, flame retardant materials, ceramics, polymer materials, etc., as well as various non-metallic minerals with a Mohs hardness scale below 6 and a humidity below 7%.

A. Vertical ultra-micro impact mill, as a traditional crusher, has a wide feeding range and accurate crushing, so it is suitable for various materials with a Mohs hardness scale of less than 6 and , widely used in various industries.
B. It has functions such as crushing, depolymerization, dispersing, and shaping and can be provided with zirconium-aluminum protection, spray protection and other protections. It applies to high-purity industries and can be equipped with a closed loop system.
