▎Product Introduction>>
The FQ series airflow pulverizer (also known as fluidized bed airflow mill) is a device where compressed air is accelerated into supersonic airflow through a Laval nozzle and then injected into the crushing area to fluidize the material (the airflow expands into fluidized bed suspension boiling and collides with each other). Therefore, each particle has the same motion state. In the crushing area, accelerated particles collide and crush with each other at the intersection of various nozzles. The crushed material is transported by an upward airflow to the classification area, and fine powder that meets the particle size requirements is selected by horizontally arranged classification impellers. Coarse powder that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned to the crushing area for further crushing. Qualified fine powder enters the high-efficiency cyclone separator with the airflow for collection, and the dusty gas is filtered and purified by the dust collector before being discharged into the atmosphere.
The airflow pulverizer is widely used in the ultra-micro crushing of chemicals, medicine, battery materials, non-metallic minerals, ink & coatings, powder metallurgy, electronic materials, health food, flame retardant materials, ceramics, polymer materials, etc.
At present, there are mainly fluidized bed airflow pulverizers, disc (flat) airflow pulverizers, circulating tube airflow pulverizers, target airflow pulverizers, etc. Our company can customize the closed -loop circulation and inert gas protection systems of the above equipment. ▎Performance Characteristics>>
A. The pulverization is generated by airflow-guided material collision, namely, the pulverization without medium and at low temperature (within 23°C);
B. The equipment can also be provided with zirconium-aluminum protection, spray protection, rubber lining plate protection, etc;
C. It can be customized with a closed -loop circulation or inert gas protection system;
D. It can be customized for steam grinding and crushing;
E. It features high purity, adjustable particle size, and narrow particle size distribution, especially suitable for high-purity and high-fineness materials.
F. It has a wide application range and is suitable for, materials with a Mohs hardness scale of less than 9.
