▎Product Introduction>>
The FC series ultra-micro pulverizer, also known as ultra-micro impact mill, is the crushing equipment that achieves ultra-micro pulverization through high-speed impact shearing.By changing the diameter and rotation speed of the grinding disc,the crushing linear speed is changed to achieve high-speed shear crushing. Currently, it is the ultra-micro pulverizer with higher linear speed in domestic mechanical crushers.
Integrating the functions of crushing, dispersing, depolymerization and classification, it is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, new materials, non-metallic minerals, dyes, coatings, pesticides, metallurgy, feed, plastic particles, graphite spheroidization, recycled rubber, and cracked carbon black.Moreover, it has large export demands and is , replacing foreign counterparts.

▎Performance Characteristics>>
A. Horizontal ultra-micro impact mill has a completely independent crushing chamber and has no,any transmission and lubrication shared or interconnected crushing chamber. It is free from contamination and powder leakage and , especially suitable for materials such as medicine, food, chemicals, high-purity substances.
B. The motor is directly connected to the grinding disc without losing power, allowing the linear speed of the grinding disc to be adjustable and variable through variable frequency control. The main shaft is equipped with a bearing box for thin oil lubrication. Matched with imported bearings and oil seals, the bearing has a long service life, laying the foundation for achieving a low energy consumption crusher with high output, high linear speed, and high impact.
C. The bearing sleeve is externally mounted and the crushing chamber door is opened in a hinged style, without a foundation for installation, making it convenient for maintenance and easy to operate.
D. The functions of crushing, depolymerization, dispersing, and shaping are complete and can be customized with closed loop circulation, inert gas protection, and ultra-low temperature crushing systems.
E. It has a wide application range and is suitable for materials with a Mohs hardness scale of less than 5.
